I wish the damn environmentalist would get the message and get the hell out of the way and allow mankind to advance as far as it can before the inevitable end.
We complain about the price of oil and not being a slave to it, but we allow those idiots who somehow envision themselves saviors of this planet which does not belong to any of us, prevent us from doing the things that could provide alternative energy sources.
They don't want us to dig for oil in Alaska or in certain parts of the ocean.
They don't want us to fool with nuclear energy for a host of reasons including accidents or how and where to dispose of the waste.
They fight against the use of wind turbines to create energy because of potential destruction to living spaces of small creatures and birds.
And of course we have the oil cartel which would not have it any other way than to have those suckers do their work for them blocking out any other possible competition.
Five dollars, and maybe higher, a gallon gas is in the not too distant future.
So, let's just sit around folks and permit those kooks who think they really have a say in the natural progression of things have their way.
Over periods of time some things are meant to become extinct as will we someday.
